You can delete your Grid Team account and its associated data in two ways: from the app, or from the web if you have already uninstalled it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
FROM THE APP
- Open the Profile tab.
- Open your account settings.
- Choose Delete my account.
- Confirm: the request is recorded immediately and your session closes.
FROM THE WEB
If you have uninstalled the app, write to support@gridteam.app with the subject “Delete account”, from the email address on your account, including your username.
Request by email
We confirm the request comes from the account holder before proceeding, then confirm the deletion by email.
WHAT IS DELETED
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your username, profile photo and profile details.
- Your predictions, scores and race history.
- Your league memberships, and leagues where you are the only member.
- Your preferences and notification settings.
