By downloading, installing, or using the Grid Team application (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Service ("ToS") and our Privacy Policy.

If you don't agree, uninstall the App.

The App is published by Milan Labs, a French micro-business owned by Thomas Pensec.

Grid Team is a free mobile entertainment application for Formula 1 (F1) and MotoGP fans. It allows you to:

• Predict each Grand Prix result (race top 10, sprint top 10, weekend bonus)
• Create or join private leagues with friends (max 50 members)
• Participate in the global community ranking 2026
• Follow drivers' & constructors' standings in real time
• Participate in the Pit Wall (community chat during sessions)
• View calendar, circuits, and results

This is fundamental:

• ❌ No real money exchanged between players
• ❌ No stakes or pot
• ❌ No monetary winnings for winners
• ❌ NOT a sports betting service under French law (CSI Article L320-1), EU law, or any equivalent
• ✅ Pure entertainment social and community activity
• ✅ Comparable to casual fantasy football or casual office picks

If the ANJ (French Gambling Authority) or your country's equivalent inquires, we'll fully cooperate to demonstrate the non-gambling nature of Grid Team.

To use Grid Team, you must:

• Be 13 years old or older (or the minimum age applicable in your country — 16 in some EU countries)
• If you're a minor, have parental authorization
• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Not have been previously banned from the App for ToS violation

You create an account with an email + name/nickname. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential.

One account per real user. Multi-accounts to inflate rankings = immediate ban.

If we detect automated behavior (bots, scripts) or fraud, we suspend your account without notice.

You can delete your account anytime: Settings → Delete my account (or email contact@gridteam.app). Complete deletion within 30 days.

Your predictions belong to you. You grant us a license to display them in leaderboards and leagues.

By posting a message in the Pit Wall, you accept that other users will see it. You remain responsible for its content.

You agree NOT to post or distribute:

• ❌ Insults, harassment, hateful content
• ❌ Discriminatory remarks (race, gender, orientation, religion, disability)
• ❌ Spam, unsolicited promotional links
• ❌ Sexual, violent, or shocking content
• ❌ Other users' personal data (doxxing)
• ❌ Phishing or scam attempts
• ❌ Illegal content (drugs, weapons, etc.)

We reserve the right to moderate, hide, or delete any inappropriate content and to suspend or ban offending users. Moderation is manual and may take a few hours.

You can report any problematic content via the "Report" button in the chat. We process reports within 24h generally.

You can block another user from their profile. No blocked messages will appear in your UI.

The code, design, logo, "Grid Team" brand are the exclusive property of Milan Labs. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or modification is prohibited.

Names of drivers, teams, circuits, and Grands Prix are the property of their respective holders (FIA, Formula 1, MotoGP, MotoGP Sports Entertainment Group, Liberty Media). Grid Team is an independent application NOT AFFILIATED with these entities. Data is retrieved via public APIs (Jolpica for F1, motogp.com for MotoGP).

You retain intellectual property of your predictions and messages. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, free license to display them as part of the service.

The App is funded by native advertisements via Google AdMob. You accept their presence by using the free service.

• Frequency-cap: maximum 1 ad per 5 cards
• No interstitials, no intrusive rewarded videos
• You can refuse personalized ads via UMP popup on first launch (Settings → Privacy afterward)

Grid Team is provided "as is" without warranty of continuous operation or bug-free performance. It's an independent app developed by a single person — occasional bugs and downtime are part of the game.

Race results and sports data come from third-party public APIs (Jolpica F1, motogp.com). We can't guarantee 100% accuracy or the availability of these APIs. In case of delay or error from a third-party, we fix it as soon as possible.

Within the limits permitted by French law, Milan Labs cannot be held liable for:

• Data loss (back up your account regularly)
• Indirect damages (lost opportunity, lost bets outside the app, etc.)
• Incompatibility with your hardware

Milan Labs' total liability to you, whatever the cause, cannot exceed €50 (or equivalent in your currency).

You agree to indemnify Milan Labs for any third-party claim due to:

• Your violation of these ToS
• Your user content (Pit Wall messages, nickname)
• Your fraudulent use of the service

You can delete your account and uninstall the App anytime, without notice or reason.

We can suspend or terminate your account in case of:

• ToS violation (notably Article 7.3)
• Fraudulent activity, bots, multi-accounts
• Legal request from a competent authority
• Service shutdown (30-day notice if possible)

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, remove, add features without notice
• Adjust the scoring system (see our Evolution Policy)
• Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance

We'll inform you of significant changes via in-app notification or email.

These ToS are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, we first try to find an amicable solution. You can write to contact@gridteam.app.

Failing amicable agreement, French courts have sole jurisdiction — except mandatory consumer law provisions that allow you to file in your place of residence (EU).

Per French Consumer Code Article L612-1, you can freely use a consumer mediator: www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso.

If you download Grid Team via the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, their terms of use also apply to your relationship with Apple or Google. Grid Team / Milan Labs is NOT linked to Apple Inc. or Google LLC as a contractual third party.

We can modify these ToS at any time. We'll notify you 30 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use after notification means acceptance.

If a clause of these ToS is deemed invalid by a court, the other clauses remain in force.
